الأمـم المتحـدة "تصدر بيان رسمي" تفند من خلاله وبشدة مشاركتها في مونتانا وتعتبر الداخلة مدينة محتلة (الترجمة)

الأمم المتحدة في بيان لها صدر اليوم السبت مشاركتها في منتدى "كرانس
مونتانا" المنعقد بمدينة الداخلة المحتلة، و ذلك ردا على بعض التقارير
الصحفية التي أشارت إلى أن المستشار الشخصي للامين العام للأمم المتحدة
السيد فيليب دوستي بليزي، يشارك في المنتدى باسم الأمم المتحدة.و جاء في
البيان بأن الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة السيد بان كي مون تلقى دعوة من رئيس
منتدى كرانس مونتانا من اجل المشاركة غير انه رفض الدعوة لأنه ينظم في
مدينة تابعة لإقليم لا يزال مستعمر.كما نفى البيان أن الامين العام انتدب
المستشار الشخصي السيد فيليب دوستي بليزي، او اي احد ليشارك باسمه او باسم
الامم المتحدة، مؤكد على ان السيد فيليب دوستي بليزي يحضر المنتدى باسمه
الشخصي.و فند البيان الاممي وصف منتدى كرانس مونتانا لمدينة الداخلة بأنها
مدينة مغربية، مؤكدا على أنها تابعة لإقليم الصحراء الغربية و الذي لا يزال
مستعمر من طرف الدولة المغربية، بحيث تعمل الأمم المتحدة على إيجاد حل
تفاوضي بين طرفي النزاع جبهة البوليساريو و المملكة المغربية يضمن للشعب
الصحراوي حقه في تقرير مصيره عن طريق استفتاء حر، عادل و نزيه.يشار إلى أن
هذا البيان الاممي يأتي في إطار حملة المقاطعة و الاستنكار الواسعة ضد
تنظيم منتدى كرانس مونتانا التي شنها المجتمع الدولي.
Nous avons noté des
rapports de presse à l'effet que l'ONU participe au Forum de
Crans-Montana qui se tient actuellement à Dakhla, une ville dans la
partie du Sahara occidental sous contrôle marocain.
Le Secrétaire général
a été invité à ce Forum, mais a informé son président qu'il ne pouvait
pas y assister. Il n'a pas délégué M. Philippe Douste-Blazy ou
quelqu'un d'autre pour le représenter, lui ou les Nations Unies. M.
Douste-Blazy, qui sert de conseiller spécial du Secrétaire général sur
les financements innovants, participe exclusivement à titre privé.
Alors que Dakhla est
décrit dans les matériaux du Forum comme étant une ville au Maroc, le
statut définitif du Sahara occidental est l'objet d'un processus de
négociation mené sous les auspices du Secrétaire général, conformément
aux résolutions pertinentes des Nations Unies.

We have noted press
reports to the effect that the United Nations is participating in the
Crans-Montana Forum currently being held in Dakhla, a city in that part
of Western Sahara under Moroccan control.
The Secretary-General
was invited to this Forum, but informed its President that he could not
attend. He did not delegate Mr. Philippe Douste-Blazy or anyone else
to represent him or the United Nations. Mr. Douste-Blazy, who serves as
a special advisor to the Secretary-General on innovative financing, is
attending exclusively in his private capacity.
While Dakhla is
described in Forum materials as a city in Morocco, the definitive status
of Western Sahara is the object of a negotiating process being
conducted under the auspices of the Secretary-General in accordance with
the relevant United Nations resolutions
